Czech National Semiconductor Cluster General Assembly in Brno

Prague, 2 October 2026: esc Aerospace was represented by CEO, Richard Sysala, at the Czech National Semiconductor Cluster (CNSC) General Assembly held in Brno on 24 September 2026. Hosted by Thermo Fisher Scientific, the event brought together more than 50 member organisations to discuss the development and future direction of the Czech and European semiconductor ecosystem.

CNSC is part of the broader European network of semiconductor clusters, is a member of Silicon Europe, and is also involved in the European Semiconductor Regions Alliance, established in the context of the European Chips Act. The Cluster works closely with the Czech government on key European and Czech priorities for the semiconductor industry, including IPCEI Microelectronics/Communication, the Chips Act and KDT JU.

CNSC is also actively contributing to European Commission-led initiatives under the Chips Act, including the process of defining its future pillars and objectives. Through this work, the Cluster contributes to shaping the future of European semiconductor design and IP. Concrete examples of this contribution include new processor platforms based on RISC-V, cloud EDA tools and IP distribution, as well as the development of semiconductor centres of competence.

esc Aerospace’s participation in the CNSC General Assembly further strengthens the company’s connection to the European semiconductor ecosystem and to initiatives shaping its future technological development.
