We are looking for a Technical Director to support our highly dynamic team in Munich, Germany.
Skills we would like to see in candidates are:
– Strong satellite system engineering background
– Strong satellite communication and navigation background
– Proven achievements in subcontractor management and negotiation skills
– Strong proposal and review data package writing skills for customers like ESA, DLR or big industry corporations
– Proven achievements in leading a technical team, preferably with international members
– Self-motivated, works independently, stress tolerant
– Willingness to travel frequently, including travel abroad, feels comfortable to work in an international environment
– Ability to present our company professionally
– Experience with unmanned aerial systems(UAS, UAV, RPAS, drones)
– Software architecture and development, AGILE methods, information and cyber security
– Electronic hardware development background
– Additional asset: Drone pilot
– Degree: Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, Physics or similar (master or higher)
– Language skills: German, English business fluent
– Nationality: European Union, must be able to obtain security clearances in Germany
